Product Maintenance
The quotation proposal & agreement is prepared inclusive of the 5 year periodic maintenance.
Example
For a 5 kw solar plant an average of 20 units will be the output production.
Without periodic maintenance once in 6 months the efficiency of the plant will get reduced by 20 – 30%. Which means 5 units lesser production i.e, only 15 units average production in a day.
5 units * 365 days = 1825 units a year
1825 units * Rs 8 = Rs 14,800 per year
Rs 14,800 * 5 years = Rs 73,000
Loss amount during the 5 year period = Rs 73,000

Structure
- To enhance the maintenance of the system, walkway structures have been integrated into the fabrication process. These walkways provide easier access for maintenance personnel to inspect, repair, and manage the system effectively.

Panel
- Bi-facial panel used for maximum efficiency
- Premium brands like Waree/Adani etc are used for panel installations. These brands promise long term warranty periods. Same applies to inverters as well.
Warranty
- To avail the company warranty effectively i.e, 12 years product warranty &, 13 – 30th year performance warranty. The system needs to be serviced at least once in 6 months .
Our company provides a 5 years free of cost maintenance along with our energy solutions. - Spd , cables , connectors – total system under warranty
- Inverter are 10 year on site warranty
- In case of an inverter complaint and delay in service from the inverter company , we provide a spare inverter or a new inverter is placed within 48 hrs .
Monitoring
Customers are provided with applications that are other user friendly monitoring systems to effectively check the systems performance and functions.
